James C. Gray MD FACOG

College of Georgia in 1976; residency in OBGYN at Vanderbilt University Hospital in 1980; received life-time certification from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1982; elected Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1983; practiced general obstetrics and gynecology in Cookeville from 1980 – 2004; practiced in TDOH county primary care clinics in Upper Cumberland from 2005 to 2012; currently holds an active Special Volunteer medical license and is the medical coordinator for the annual Cookeville Remote Area Medical Clinic; he is Judicial Councilor for TMA Region 5; past president of the Putnam County Medical Society and first President of the newly TMA-chartered Upper Cumberland Medical Society; currently is secretary of the UCMS-TMA
